The Final Lap is a cross-media campaign for the final edition of the Dutch Grand Prix in Zandvoort. The goal was to translate the unique atmosphere of a live Formula 1 race into a campaign that excites new fans and encourages them to experience the event in real life.

Concept
The concept of this campaign revolves around transforming the perspective of new and curious Formula 1 fans those who know the sport mainly through Drive to Survive and social media content, by letting them experience what Formula 1 truly feels like in real life. Many of these fans have never seen the physical intensity of being present at the circuit. The concept therefore focuses on the sensation of being at a grand prix: the vibration of the engines in your chest, the sudden roar of the crowd, the smell of the track, the overwhelming speed, and the energy that rises the moment the lights go out.
Rather than explaining the sport, the campaign aims to immerse the audience directly into the emotional core of the event. It highlights Zandvoort not just as a race, but as a festival-like experience filled with excitement, anticipation and a sense of community. At the same time, the narrative plays into the “last chance” urgency surrounding the final Dutch Grand Prix.

Visual Identity
The visual identity is built around the idea of translating senses into imagery. I explored how vibrations, engine sounds and movement can be expressed visually through trembling lines, pulsating pixels, and dynamic color contrasts.
A structured grid system was introduced to bring balance and clarity to the energetic visuals, ensuring that every element feels fast, immersive and intentional. The result is a bold, expressive style that captures the raw excitement of Formula 1 while remaining distinct from existing F1 branding.
